We will be using your data for the following purposes:
(A) The information you supply is only used for the services you require. We never give your information to an outside source apart from the information necessary to design logos, emblems and text to be applied to products.
(B) Contacting you by email, mail and telephone with invoices, statements and other important information necessary to efficiently complete our contractual commitments to you.
We will protect your information by using appropriate security measures as advised by the new GDPR regulations, and all our staff are trained to respect your data.
We will hold your data for as long as you have an active account with us as long as it is relevant to current activity. Otherwise it will be disposed of appropriately. We are obliged by law to hold your account information as it pertains to HMRC for a period of 7 years.
In most cases we will only hold information that we require to provide you with the services you receive from us such as name, address, contact details. You can ask at any time about what information we hold; just drop us a line at the address at the top of this document.
Our services are not available for children under the age of 13. We will not intentionally take information off anyone under the age of 13. Anyone under the age of 16 who would like to use our services will need parental or guardian consent (age 18+).
We will not give your information to anyone else without your permission unless we are required by law to give it to a person authorised by specific legislation; apart from reasons as set out in (A) which are assumed permissions unless we are otherwise instructed.
